• Certified copy of Identity Document.

• Certified copies of academic transcripts.

• Certified copies of relevant qualification certificates and other relevant memberships or registrations with similar institutions.

  Your signed declaration, certified copies of academic transcripts and certified copies of relevant qualifications must be produced together in one pdf document and uploaded to Certificates when your perform your online application.
